Recurring service & deposits

Our recurring clients come first. When you set up recurring help, your time slot is reserved just for you.

Recurring service deposit$250

A one-time $250 deposit reserves your priority time slot, so your day and time are always held for your family. Your deposit can be applied to your final sessions or returned once notice requirements are met.

  • Need to move a visit? Reschedule within 14 days and there's no charge.
  • A courtesy: your first late cancellation each year is waived, and illness in the home is always rescheduled free.
  • Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead without rescheduling: 50% of the session rate is charged.
  • Cancelling within 24 hours without rescheduling: the full session rate is charged.
  • Ending recurring service: give at least 2 weeks' notice and your full deposit is returned, or applied to your final sessions, as long as there's no remaining balance. With less notice, sessions in that 2-week period may be charged from the deposit.

Cancellation charges may be taken from your deposit and are refilled within 7 days. Refunds are made within 14 days of your final session. Pay by bank transfer at no extra cost; credit cards include a 2% processing fee. Full terms are in your service agreement.
